My Bio
Hi and welcome to the William Wiechman Personal Web-site. You can go ahead and call me Bill. I would like to tell you a few things about myself before you go looking through my pictures. First of all, my bio picture is my brother Len and my daughter Gayle. I was raised on a ranch in Ashland, Montana that had about 200 head of Hereford cattle. You might be able to guess that I grew up around a lot of beef. In high school I took auto mechanic classes and found my love for working on cars. I expanded on the car idea and worked in a Chrysler Independent Garage. From 1940 to 1961 I was on active duty with the U.S. Air Force as a Warrant Officer. After that, for three years, I had a partnership deal in an auto wrecking yard. Now I enjoy being retired and spending time with my wife, Sophie, our daughter Gayle, and doing maintenance on recreational vehicles (RVs). I also am a life member of the Good Sam and ELKS organizations. This way when I get in trouble at home I have a place to escape. I also enjoy hunting and fishing - the great outdoors and believe in eating properly to maintain a healthy lifestyle. One of my greatest passions is NASCAR - I try to never miss a race!
