My Bio
Hello and welcome to my personal web-site. My name is David Newport of Naples Florida and I’m happy you’re here and wishing for you and yours the very best that life has to offer. For the past 16 plus years I’ve worked at various Marriott resorts in southwest Florida mostly in the Ft. Lauderdale area. I have to say I have a great job that has allowed me to meet literally thousands of people all wanting to have fun. I work in the recreation department and have helped guests enjoy their stay and safely get their vacation thrills. Prior to coming to Florida I graduated from Oklahoma State University where I received a B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation and worked with the developmentally and physically handicapped. In the interim, I’ve taken graduate courses in my field but haven’t seemed to be able to finish. In my spare time, I really enjoy ballroom dancing and playing tennis.
