My Bio

Hello and welcome to my Personal Web-Site. Thank you for visiting and I sincerely hope you find me and my family as we are, an honest and tight-knit family that values God, each other and our friends. Hopefully you know the love and security of family, if not I wish for you to someday have one that enhances and comforts your life. Feel free to click on any picture to enlarge it for easier viewing and please take the time to get to know us and hopefully you will not only find good deals on my revolutionary Mall Of The World and other business opportunities but you will feel good about doing business with us. I’m confident in the knowledge that people want to do business with others they know and trust, this is and has always been a cornerstone of my business and one of the main reasons I built this web-site. I highly recommend getting one of your own. Even if you don’t know much about computers we can point you in the right direction or click the GoldMine Web Design banner below and begin the easy process of getting your own personal web-site. I’m technically a retired business owner living in Gig Harbor Washington and now spend a great deal of time trail riding, boating, panning for gold, fishing, inventing, and playing with anything with wheels on it. My wife Joyce and I were blessed with two boys, Dan and Ken. The area we call home is absolutely beautiful with snow capped mountains to the east and the Olympic Range to the west. My personal success is receiving Jesus as my Savior and believing that He will return very soon. Thank you again for your interest and we wish for you and yours the very best that life has to offer.

A cool Fall day when Dan was about 5 years old. Ken playing in the dirt is 2 years old and my wife Joyce is in the background.

Dan when he was in Alaska on the research ship, John N. Cobb. It looks like this one 'didn't get away!'

Ken relaxing on a nice summer day. Ken repairs and upgrades computers.

Dan's 1953 F100. A former light gray color, Dan and I painted it a metallic green with a light seafoam green grill.

Joyce on the running board of our 1935 Plymouth. We are close to the Peace Arch between Blaine, WA and Vancouver, BC on our 1st honeymoon, April 1948.

Another picture of Joyce in front of the Arch.

Me on my 1934 Harley-Davidson I bought for $80 from a scrapyard. Joyce and I went to Oakland, CA on our 2nd honeymoon in 1948.

Me leaning on the front of the Dodge 3/4 ton service truck for the Instrument Repair section of the 741st Ord Battalion in 1950-1956.

In 1956, I leased a new ARCO Station. The first 3 months I put in 16 hours a day, 7 days/week to pay off the equipment.

I traded a boat and motor for this 1925 Essex made by Hudson. It was a 6 cyl, mechanical brakes, and had wood spoke wheels. I shoulda kept it!

I had this 1960 Studabaker Silver Hawk. It had a 289 V8, overdrive trans., got 26mpg for all kinds of driving throughout the year.

My Mother Hanna, Dad Donald, and younger brother Albert. Dad's in his 1950 Studabaker Starlight Coupe. Joyce and I in our 1948 Hudson in BC going to Quesnel.

Our campsite alongside the road to Pelican Lake. We saw moose, elk, and bear tracks there.

Pelican Lake facing the west on the road next to our campsite. Due to hot weather, the large fish were hiding in deep, cooler places.

A trip to Westport, WA for a daycamp out a the Pacific Ocean in our 1948 Hudson Commodore 6. At that time, we could drive on the beach.

A trip to Crater Lake National Park, an extinct volcano in Oregon. It is very deep and in some places they couldn't find the bottom.

Wizard Island in Crater Lake.

Leisure time at the cabin! These days it's hard to find real fine knotty pine like this wall is made of.

Joyce just can't keep her hands off me at the cabin.

My artistic sister made me a 1920's cake car. Birthday's just seem to keep coming faster each year.

Attending an Amway convention in Portland, OR.

Another fine automobile - my 1964 Lincoln Continental. It had a 430 engine, auto trans, power everything and got 18mpg.

One of 13 Hudsons I owned. This is a 1950 Commadore. I traded it for down payment on our home on Lake Louise.

A funny postcard I found.

Another weekend at Ocean Shores, WA which is north of Westport. We had a Toyota Motorhome that we traveled in that got 21 mpg.

Another special event for Amway distributors - a rally and dinner event.

Sure would hate for my brakes to fail me on this stretch of road!
