My Bio

Thank you for visiting my Personal Web-Site. It is my pleasure to welcome you and let me tell you my story. Please be thinking about the amazing opportunities that the Revolutionary Mall of the World has to offer. But first let me tell you that in my 74 years I have lived an incredible life centered by family and friends without which, I feel that any man would be lost and unfulfilled. I grew up on a farm near Sioux Rapids, Iowa where I learned the value of hard work. When I was 20 years old, I rented a farm not far from where I grew up and planned to start out on my own. However, the U.S. Army had another idea so before I got called up I took the initiative and joined the Navy. After 4 years of serving my country I came home to Sioux Rapids in the Fall of 1954 and found myself with a new car and a loving wife shortly thereafter. These are two decisions I have never regretted especially the marriage my wife Lucille and I made together; a marriage that produced two fine children, Sheila (47) and Frank (49). Tragically, we lost Lucille to cancer after a 30 month battle. She is now, as she has been through the years, the love of my life and I miss her everyday. Nowadays I enjoy fishing, building model airplanes and planning for the future, a future that I hope you will come to see as I have that the Revolutionary Mall of the World is not only the place to do your shopping but a profitable business, as well. Thank you and make this a wonderful day.

My Great Grandfather bought this land from the state of Iowa in the late 1800's, so it has been in our family for more than 100 years. This was the first building erected.

I came home from the Navy and rented this land right across the road from Dad in the Fall of 1954. I wasn't going to buy a new car, but I did - I wasn't going to get married, but I did on Jan. 16, 1955.

Here is our daughter with our dog.

I had to give the boss a push into the tractor.

This is my son, my grand-daughter and my daughter-in-law. I built the fireplace behind them.

In our home, my grand-daughter is holding a doll that my mother-in-law's mother brought from Germany in the mid-1930's for my wife. So that would be my grand-daughter's great-great-grandmother.

These are Lucille's classmates - she is on the top row, far right. They are standing in front of their school in Linn Grove, Iowa.

These are the quilting church ladies. They did this every January. My wife Lucille is center in the back row. After they were finished, they would give the quilts to the needy.

Here are Lucille's parents. My wife was the only girl. The one on the right is the only one living; the rest are gone.

My brother came down with his Model T Ford for our parade and took our parents for a ride in the parade. Later, I got a ride.

My parents on their 60th anniversary. They passed away 7 months apart.

This is my brother and sister-in-law's 50th wedding anniversary.

This is my gorgeous great-grand-daughter - what a cutie, huh?
