My Bio
Welcome to the Harvey Olich Personal Web-Site! Born in Tower City and raised in Fargo, North Dakota, I spent most my time working through school and going home to my twelve siblings. After graduating from Moorehead High School in 1940, I was called into service with the Minnesota National Guard, transferred to the Air Corps. and went to school at Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont. After fighting in WWII and the Korean War, I worked as a granite cutter and salesman for awhile. Now I am glad to be retired and spending time with my son, beautiful wife Barbara and her four daughters. Being 82, I’m still working myself to the max. When I was 64 I learned how to downhill ski and have been doing ever since and am a part of the 80+ downhill ski club. I can say I’ve done a lot in life, I have fought in wars, hand built a log cabin and raised a wonderful son. Now, please enjoy my website. Live safe and God bless.
