My Bio
Welcome to the Stephen Binkley Personal Web-Site! To begin, I was raised on a farm and moved to the big city of Nashville in 1958. I've been married to my beautiful wife, Linda for 32 years and we have 2 daughters, Kathryn, 27 and Jessica, 21. I am a 28 year veteran chemistry and physical science teacher in the Metro Nashville Public School system. We enjoy living in Nashville because it is a city of beauty and gracious people. In our spare time, we enjoy birdwatching, hiking, reading, listening to music, and traveling. I would say a challenging obstacle that I have overcome was being the first in my large family of 13 (8 sisters, 4 brothers) to earn a college degree. Both Linda and I received a Bachelor of Arts degrees from Trevecca Nazarene University. Mine was in Biology and Chemistry in 1972, and Linda's was in History in 1971. Since then, we have both earned Master's degrees. Kathryn received a B.S. in Science; chemistry & biology, from M.T.S.U. in 1999. She is now a licensed vetenarian technician in CO. Jessica will complete her Bachelors Degree in Psychology, from Lee University, in May 2004. We believe God has blessed us with 2 beautiful and successful daughters and we love the quote, "God is good all the time, all the time, God is good."
The last 28 years I have been involved in several businesses. I now believe that the Internet provides the best opportunity for business pursuits and wealth development.
