My Bio

Welcome to my Personal Web-Site! My name is Terrell Heiserman and I invite you to get to know me. I grew up in Colorado and graduated from Longmont High School in 1962. I graduated from college in four years and went into the teaching field for only one year before returning to school to start on my Master's. During this time I got married and we then moved to Guam to teach. We moved to Great Falls, Montana for 3 years and then on to Metakatla, Alaska, which is in Southeast Alaska. In 1979, we moved to Wasilla, Alaska, where I now reside. I have two wonderful children, Lindsey and Chris. They are truly my life's biggest success! I continue to teach music and have gotten involved in the Internet Marketing business. I enjoy fishing, hunting, reading, cooking, traveling, watching movies, and camping. I have enjoyed playing music my entire life and have played in a German Band since 1998. I hope this gives you an idea of who I am. Please check out the links at the bottom of the page. Enjoy the sites and come back often!

A 'stunning' beginning! A face only a mother could love!

My 3rd birthday in Idaho Springs, Colorado.

I'm with my brother at 3 years old.

An early family picture. I'm bottom left with my two brothers and parents.

This is what we called the 'Huck Finn Fishing Derby.' I'm on the left.

I was the winner of the 'Stars of Tommorrow' contest in 6th grade. I played 'Bumble Boogie', which is a take off on "The Flight of the Bumblebee.'

Here we are taking off to go fishing on a ranch in Colorado. Our family went there for 10 straight years.

Heading out to catch Colorado 'big cutthroat trout.'

I played lead alto in a high school dance band in Longmont, CO. This was taken during one of our big trips we took every summer.

My high school senior picture

This was our 1st Christmas in Guam. The tree was not a big hit with my wife!

I'm on the back of a friend's sailboat that we were lucky to go on 4-5 times a week.

While in Guam I found myself on the very 'bone' end of a Caribou.

This was taken in Metakatla, Alaska with our three 'kids.' L to R is Corky, Smokey, and Sandy

We took a cruise to Mexico and lo and behold, a little nipper soon arrived! Here is my daughter, Lindsey with her 1st salmon.

A couple of years after Lindsey was born, our son Chris decided to join the family. Here he is with his 1st salmon catch!

My children and I ready to take off in my new boat.

Our family hike above the timberline.

A family picture.

Of course, both my kids are HUGE Denver Bronco fans. Here is Chris having to give yet another touchdown sign during Christmas 1996.

Here is a pretty good haul of King Salmon with my neighbor.

Definitely a 'keeper' at close to 50 pounds!

This is the German Band I play in when we were in Homer, AK, the "Halibut Capital of the World.' What a bunch of guys! I've had more fun with this group. I'm in the middle of the front row.

The band at Cheena Hot Springs near Fairbanks, AK. A picture only a mother could love!

This was taken at the world famous German restaurant, The Schwaben Hot in Wasilla, AK.

At the Nordic Ski Club that hosts 2 cross-country trips each year and usually has between 400-500 people. We are holding the favorite condiment of the band, 'Spam!' I'm top left.

At the Nordic Ski Club we played on the whole train on the way up and then in 'the band car' for dancing on the way home. I'm in the middle.
